Since 1995 I have enjoyed helping companies and organizations identify user experience requirements, create detailed product specifications, design interfaces and test usability in order to create more delightful and usable products that reduce development costs and decrease time to market. I am currently helping improve the user experience at Hewlett Pakard's snapfish division.
